Lovin’ These Paintings by Joshua Huyser

I saw these interesting Map inspired paintings over on Craft yesterday.

When I was out in San Francisco, I marked out my daily walking arounds and notes on a paper map given to me by the hostel. Two days before I left it fell out of my back pocket. I wanted so badly to make some works based on that record.

I’m still regretting not turning around to see what they guy wanted because he tried to give it to me when fell out, but I thought it was another person hasseling me for money, haha. So it goes. I guess I’ll just have to repeat the experiment some day.
