Drawing Daily: day 12

I’m still not totally digging these colored pencils on this paper. But that’s okay. It’s all just playing around.

The mural project has totally hit a snag today. I’ve done what I can to resolve it and now I’m just waiting to hear back from the property owner. I’ll give you more details as soon as I find out what’s going to happen. Worst case scenario is that we have to reschedule for next year at a new location… which would not really be a bad thing. We would have the time to really get everything in place without all the frantic running around. I’m still really excited and I’m also sure that this project will still happen. Just maybe not as soon as I would personally like. Thank goodness we hadn’t put out our call for submissions yet. THAT would have made this current situation epically more disastrous to Ames C.art.
