I live in DeKalb and was listening to your interview on craft sanity when it originally aired. I was so shocked to hear that you are living in DeKalb (for the time being.) I'm a spinner, fiber fan, and artist too. I really enjoy reading your site and appreciate all the local stuff like "oh, I took that class" and "I know that place" etc. I read on your blog where you mentioned Trixie and while I don't know her personally, she works with my friend Al and is friends with my friend Mary Kay. I think you know Mary Kay too, maybe? Anyway, my sister sent me a link to the article in the Chronicle about your piece at the Yarn Exchange and I kept thinking I would go down and check it out and introduce myself. Well, lets just say I'm pretty shy and chickened out, but now the semester is drawing to an end, so I thought I would at least send an internet "hello" before you leave town.
